Why I do what I do?

When I started to teach yoga, from the get-go I wanted to share, share the joy, the empowerment, the healing, soothing, and cathartic benefits of yoga with people. Because through yoga I have experienced a splendid self-exploratory journey till today and have tasted the sweetness of the process, even from growing pain.

I do what I do because I want to let more people know, “Yoga is accessible and available to EVERYONE in myriad of ways. Yoga exists in every corner of your life. It is playful, empowering, kind, all-encompassing, and loving.”
