Online Private Yoga

What can I expect from this program?

The private yoga session is a 60 minute yoga session. I apply techniques from Hatha-Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga and a therapeutic approach to tailor a yoga session that meets your unique physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual goals.

A session generally consists of a 10-15 minutes intake* and assessment, a 30-40 minutes practice, and lastly a 5 minutes closing check-in and reassessment. Personalized program includes but not limited to the practices listed below:

  • Pranayama (breath work, attunement)

  • Yoga asana (movement and posture)

  • Meditation and restoration

  • Lifestyle suggestion and home practice plan

Why one-on-one private yoga?

You can practice with a personal guide anywhere. You have the freedom of communicating with your personal guide, practicing private yoga tailored to your unique need, and to help you develop a regular practice, balanced lifestyle, and embodied life experience.

What do I need to prepare for this program?

You will need a device (ie. Phone/computer/laptop/tablet) that can connect you to video call service, a yoga mat, and a comfortable space. If you have yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets or simple tools (ie. chair, towels…) at home, you can have them handy. I will help you to integrate props to your personal practice.

How often do I need to practice yoga?

It is recommended to practice yoga on a regular basis. A 4-week or 6-week commitment is recommended to see the benefit of practicing yoga in life. You can also design your own interval of practice by getting the Flex Plan of 5 or 10 sessions to create your own program (ie. 2-3 classes a week).

Yoga is a life-long practice unique to each individual. If you are curious about the unfolding of your journey or are ready to dive in to a deeper connection with your self, I am here to be your guide.

60 minute single session — CA$ 75

4-week package — CA$ 300

6-week package — CA$ 450

Flex plan: 5 sessions — CA$ 350 (CA$ 70 per session)

Flex plan: 10 sessions — CA$ 650 (CA$ 65 per session)
