What will I learn from this program?

This is a personalized program that can suit various need from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga to meditation. Personalized program includes but not limited to the subjects listed below:

  • Yoga asana for posture, strength and flexibility

  • Personal practice plan

  • Restorative yoga (including chair yoga)

  • Mindfulness and meditation

Each class is a 60 minute session once a week. It is recommended to practice yoga on a regular basis, and 4-week or 6-week commitment is recommended to see the benefit of practicing yoga in life. You can also design your own interval of practice by getting the Flex Plan of 5 or 10 sessions to create your own program (ie. 2-3 classes a week).

Why Virtual Private Yoga?

You can practice with a personal instructor anywhere. You have the freedom of communicating with your personal instructor, practicing private yoga tailored to your need, and to help you develop a regular practice and balanced life style.

What do I need to prepare for this program?

All you need is a device (ie. Phone/computer/laptop/tablet) that can connect you to video call service, a yoga mat, and a comfortable space. If you have yoga blocks, straps, bolster, and blanket in hand, you can use any tools and we will help you to integrate this to your personal practice.

60 minute single session — CA$ 60

4-week package — CA$ 240

6-week package — CA$ 360

Flex plan: 5 sessions — CA$ 250 (CA$ 50 per session)

Flex plan: 10 sessions — CA$ 550 (CA$ 50 per session)
